This Alphabetical Glossary of Acronyms arose from requests made in Child Concern Model training sessions. Participants in that training were trying to understand how colleagues in other agencies viewed work with children and families. Everybody was coming across a wide range of unfamiliar acronyms. Acronyms are often incredibly useful as a shorthand, but we all know the way they can act as barriers to cross agency understanding.

ACCESS to teaching would offer GCSE Mathematics, English and science and appropriate A levels for Initial Teacher Training degree entry. |
