![]() Activities for Disabled Children If you are the parent or carer of a disabled child living in Plymouth, you can access up to 10 days FREE holiday activities over the summer. For more information and how to book activities, see the Spring Breaks Newsletter. The closing date for bookings has been extended to 30 June 2013. Summer Mix Holiday Activities Plymouth Youth Service are offering FREE courses and activities from 29 July 2013, for 11-19 year olds. For those with disabilities, the age range is extended to 11-25 year olds. Activities can be booked from 1 July 2013. Parenting Programmes Plymouth Parent Partnership offer a range of internationally recognised Parenting Programmes that have been shown to work for a wide range of families in Plymouth:
Choice Advice The Choice Advice Service aims to help families understand the admissions process and can help you make an informed decision about choosing a school for your child in Plymouth. Our choice advisor can also help you with the appeals process and support parents at at appeals tribunal. Plymouth Parent & Family Forum Plymouth Parent and Family Forum facilitates an effective information exchange between parents, service providers and commissioners across the city. It ensures an effective parent voice is heard within Plymouth and provides the opportunity for parents to shape existing services according to their needs. Parents Again Support Group The Parents Again Support Group is for grandparents who are guardians of their grandchildren. The group meets on the first Wednesday of every month between 11am and 1.30pm (term-time only). Parent Partnership Survey Have you previously used our service?
